BUSY, BUSY, BUSY

Ok it has been a really long time since I have posted. I am working full time and taking 10 credit hours in school. I don't have time for much besides studying. I cannot wait until this is over so I can stamp again. I am going with Julie to a card swap two Saturdays from now and I am really looking forward to it. It will be a nice break! I am making a diaper cake for my sis-n-law's shower too because I am helping to plan that on top of everything else I am doing. I will have to post that when I get it done. Gotta go and study.

I just got a bunch of Stampin' UP! stuff in and after mounting all my new stamps I had to try them out. My grandma's birthday is tomorrow so I made this card for her. What do you think?!

I made this card for a friend yesterday morning before church. Her son is very sick and is in the hospital. I wanted to remind her I am thinking and praying for her family. They are such a sweet family. I know that she likes lady bugs so I made sure to add some of those to this card.

I made this card for my husband for fathers day. It is really hard to make masculine cards. I have so many stamps and now realize that 99% of the are very cute and feminine. My favorite thing about this card is the islet that looks like a screw. I love those things.
I was just tagged by Julie at Special Craft Mom of 4!
The "rules" of the game: Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5-6 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answer. Here it goes:
Ten years ago: I had just had a major knee surgery that allowed me to walk without crutches again. I was dating my now wonderful husband. I got engaged to my wonderful husband and got a job at Edward Jones (the greatest company to work for!)

Today’s 'to do list':
1. Go to work
2. Go out to dinner with a friend I used to work with.
3. Go to my sister-in-laws house so she can place a Stampin' UP! order with me.
4. Kiss my husband and son.
5. Miss my best friend because she is in Branson.

Snacks I enjoy: I really like skinny cow chocolate bars and skinny cow mint ice cream bars with dipped chocolate. I also like low fat cheeze it's and coco via dark chocolate covered almonds.

Things I would do if I was a millionaire: If I were a millionaire I would tear down the house I live in now and build a newer one in it's place. The same size though. I don't want a bigger one. I would quit my job and volunteer at the penguin house at the zoo. I would buy all of the house mouse stamp set. My family and I would travel every year to beautiful places. And last but certainly NOT least..... I would build a stamping tree house behind my house (with a draw bridge) for me and my friends to stamp in.

Places I have lived: St. Louis

I'm supposed to tag 5 more people but I don't know who else to tag. I will get back to this part later:

1. Card inspired by Maria
2. The personal gift basket
3.
4.
5.

I made this for my father in law as of the fathers day gifts we gave him. I got part of the idea from a paper crafts magazine. It turned out really cute. I told him he was not allowed to throw it away he just had to refill the nuts when he was done with them! :)
